Perumda PAM Jaya acts fast to fulfil clean water for customers at RW 01, Ancol Urban Village, Pademangan Sub-district, North Jakarta.

Perumda PAM Jaya Service Director, Syahrul Hasan, said a quick response was immediately carried out due to service disruptions through the pipe system as a result of the construction of non-Harbour Toll poles.

"We have distributed 51 ritages or 204 cubic to the location in early disruption up to June 15, 2024," he said, Sunday (6/16).

Syahrul explained that Perumda PAM Jaya through the central regional team has carried out an investigation into the disturbance. As a result, it was discovered that there were several indications of water loss or leaking.

"Currently the team is engineering water supply traffic on Jalan Parangtritis area, Ancol," he explained.

Perumda PAM Jaya targets that there will be progress in the investigation and repair efforts carried out next week.

"We apologize to residents affected by this service disruption. We ensure that we will move quickly to take the necessary steps," he added.
